Rulebreakers is a passion project that was inspired by an illustration I did.

 

The challenge was to create two portraits that were designed to be a pair. From there I came up with the concept of not two but 33 portraits styled into affirmation cards.

 

Each card features a woman who "broke the rules"
of society and changed things for the better. On the other side of each card an inspiring quote of each woman. These cards are designed to empower other people to chase their dreams, push past boundaries, and inspire change much like the powerful and fearless rule breaking women on these cards.
